NOVELTY - The method involves providing a solution. The solution comprises a specific aptamer marked with a magnetic graphene quantum dot. The solution is mixed with a sample to be tested to provide another solution. The relaxation time of the latter solution is provided. Judgment is made whether there is a target biomarker in the sample to be tested or the content of target biomarker is provided in the sample to be tested according to signal change of relaxation time. USE - Nuclear magnetic resonance detection method based on biosensor for detecting biological marker of a kit (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has wide variety range of detectable biomarker, high detection sensitivity, no need to separate and purify the biomarker, and can be used as means of rapid development with specific biomarker detection.
