▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of polystyrene-coated graphene functionalized core-shell nano hybrid material comprises preparing solid graphite oxide from graphite powder by Hummers method, ultrasonically preparing graphene oxide suspension by mixing graphite oxide in dimethylformamide solvent at ratio of 7.5-15 mg/mL, preparing chloromethyl polystyrene by performing chloromethylation organic synthesis using chloromethyl ether in the presence of acid binder, mixing graphene oxide suspension and chloromethyl polystyrene at mass ratio of 1:1-1:10, heating at 60-120 degrees C, stirring, filtering, washing and drying. USE - The material is used for preparing flame retardant polymer nanocomposite as nano-filler. ADVANTAGE - The material has improved thermal stability. The method is simple, efficient, economical and easy for mass production.
