NOVELTY - The device has a first output pipe whose end port is located at a bottom part of an electrolytic cell. Another end of the first outlet pipe is connected with a liquid inlet of a circulating pump. A liquid outlet of the circulating pump is connected to a first interface of a three-way valve. A second interface of the circulation pump communicates with a first spraying main pipe of a second jet flow branch pipe to communicate with a second reflux pipeline. A third interface of three way valve is communicated with the second reflow pipeline through a pipeline. The second reflux pipeline communicates with the first jet flow main pipe. The first nozzle of a first jet pipe far away from the second jet pipe extends to an upper part and bends downward to form a hook-shaped bent pipe. USE - The device is useful for preparing graphene by electrochemical stripping graphite. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures that the temperature and concentration of each electrolyte in the groove are uniform, and improves the batch stability and quality reliability of the graphene product. The flow rate of the transverse spray irrigation is increased or reduced to control the intensity of the convection, so as to realize fast and uniform concentration of the fluid temperature. The concentration difference polarization between each electrode is reduced, and the batch consistency and product stability of graphene peeling are ensured.
