▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene quantum dot doped antibacterial hydrogel is prepared by preparing graphene oxide quantum dots by hydrothermal reaction, modifying in the presence of 1-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-3-ethyl-carbodiimide hydrochloride and N-hydroxysuccinimide as catalyst using polylysine, obtaining modified graphene quantum dot, reacting with quaternary ammoniated chitosan and four-arm polyethylene glycol benzaldehyde in aqueous solution to form dynamic imine bond, and crosslinking. USE - Method for preparing graphene quantum dot doped antibacterial hydrogel. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, green and environment-friendly, short, and has no need of organic solvent and expensive instrument. The prepared hydrogel has good self-healing performance, which is good for prolonging the service life of the dressing; it has injectability and deformable ability, it is good for sealing the wound with different shapes; has good photothermal performance and pH and temperature responsiveness, which is good for accelerating degradation at the wound of bacterial infection micro-acid environment, exposing more of the antibacterial, and combining photothermal treatment to achieve antibacterial infection effect; and it also has good mechanical performance and fluorescent luminous performance. These properties make the anti-bacterial good application prospect in tissue engineering and repairing field and fluorescent counterfeit field.
