NOVELTY - A cement insulation mortar comprises 85-105 pts. wt. Portland cement, 25-30 pts. wt. modified zeolite, 25-30 pts. wt. quartz sand, 25-30 pts. wt. butyl acrylate, 10-20 pts. wt. molding agent, 5-10 pts. wt. tributyl phosphate, 5-10 pts. wt. modified coconut fiber, 5-10 pts. wt. carbon fiber-graphene enhancer, 2-6 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, 2-6 pts. wt. sodium carbonate, 2-6 pts. wt. adhesive, 1-4 pts. wt. calcium chloride, 1-4 pts. wt. hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose ether, 1-4 pts. wt. sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate and 55-65 pts. wt. water. USE - Cement insulation mortar. ADVANTAGE - The cement insulation mortar has enhanced cracking resistance and excellent insulating performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cement insulation mortar, which involves mixing the above mentioned raw materials, stirring at 200-300 rpm for 40-50 minutes and stirring at 100-150 rpm for 1-2 hours.
