NOVELTY - Method for preparing the hollow nano-titanium dioxide doped dodecyl sodium sulfate modified graphene/fluorinated copolymer composite leather finishing agent by (i) adding butyl acrylate to the emulsifier solution for pre-emulsification to obtain pre-emulsified monomer (I), (ii) adding dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate and acrylic acid to the emulsifier solution for pre-emulsification to obtain pre-emulsified monomer (II), (iii) adding the pre-emulsified monomer (I) into initiator solution, heating and adding the pre-emulsified monomer (II) and dripping the initiator to the reaction system, reacting to obtain the product fluorine modified copolymer emulsion, and (iv) taking hollow nano-titanium dioxide doped dodecyl sodium sulfate modified graphene, dispersing in water to form dispersion, adding fluorine modified copolymer emulsion, stirring to obtain the target product. USE - Method for preparing hollow nano-titanium dioxide doped dodecyl sodium sulfate modified graphene/fluorinated copolymer composite leather finishing agent (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method improves the weather resistance and mechanical strength of the leather, endows sheep leather with certain heat preservation and sanitary performance and provides idea for improving traditional leather finishing by using nano materials and nano technology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing the hollow nano-titanium dioxide doped dodecyl sodium sulfate modified graphene/fluorinated copolymer composite leather finishing agent involves (i) adding butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and acrylic monomers to the emulsifier solution for pre-emulsification to obtain pre-emulsified monomer (I), (ii) adding dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate, butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate and acrylic acid to the emulsifier solution for pre-emulsification to obtain pre-emulsified monomer (II), (iii) adding the pre-emulsified monomer (I) into the initiator solution, heating at 70-90 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours under mechanical stirring, and adding the pre-emulsified monomer (II) and dripping the initiator to the reaction system at the same time, maintaining the system temperature at 80-90 degrees C and continuously reacting for 1-3 hours to obtain the product fluorine modified copolymer emulsion, and (iv) taking hollow nano-titanium dioxide doped dodecyl sodium sulfate modified graphene, ultrasonically dispersing in distilled water to form uniform dispersion, adding fluorine modified copolymer emulsion, stirring at 70-90 degrees C for 1-3 hours to obtain the target product hollow nano-titanium dioxide doped dodecyl sodium sulfate modified graphene/fluorinated copolymer composite leather finishing agent, where the addition amount of modified graphene is 0.25-10% of the effective mass of the fluorine-modified copolymer emulsion.
