NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional printing ardealite-based outdoor landscape material by uniformly mixing phosphogypsum, accelerator, cement, graphene oxide and nano-silicon dioxide to obtain composite powder; printing head spraying adhesive curing composite powder, and color ink-jet print head of jetting pigment selectively on the paved powder, modeling platform, repeating this step to direct phosphogypsum based outdoor landscape; and wet milling and water quenching blast furnace slag and steel slag, and wet grinding in the pulverized coal ash with polyurethane acrylate photosensitive resin. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional printing ardealite-based outdoor landscape material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can easily prepare phosphogypsum based outdoor landscape material having small toxic and side effect, strength of 20 MPa, softening coefficient of more than 0.85, waterproof performance, and antifouling property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of three-dimensional printing ardealite-based outdoor landscape material comprises: (A) uniformly mixing 70-85 pts. wt. phosphogypsum, 3-8 pts. wt. accelerator, 2-4 pts. wt. cement, 0.01-0.03 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 0.5-2 pts. wt. nano-silicon dioxide to obtain composite powder, where the phosphor-gypsum is beta -hemihydrate gypsum, and the coagulant is dihydrate calcium sulfate whisker or sulfate; (B) pushing roller of the composite powder modeling platform; uniformly paving layer thickness at less than 0.075 mm, printing head spraying 8-20 pts. wt. adhesive curing composite powder, and 2 pts. wt. color ink-jet print head of jetting pigment selectively on the paved powder, then modeling platform, repeating this step to direct phosphogypsum based outdoor landscape; and (C) wet milling and water quenching blast furnace slag and steel slag, and wet grinding in the pulverized coal ash with water-soluble polyurethane acrylate photosensitive resin; where the pigment is a mixture of inorganic composite pigment and inorganic pigment, the weight ratio of inorganic composite pigment and inorganic functional pigment is 9-9.5:0.5-1, the inorganic composite pigment is cadmium red, cadmium yellow, gadmium orange, chrome green, cobalt chromium blue, cobalt blue, zinc ferrite yellow, bismuth yellow, titanium nickel yellow, cobalt green, cobalt chrome green, titanium chrome, cobalt violet, titanium black, and/or copper chrome black in the mixture of the inorganic functional pigment from nitrogen-doped nanometre titanium dioxide.
