NOVELTY - The electrochemical device has a positive electrode including a current collector (1) including aluminum foil, an active material layer, a first functional layer (2) located between the current collector and an active layer (4), and a second functional layer (3) between the first functional layer and active layer. The adhesive force between the collector and first layer is greater than the adhesive forces between first functional layer and second layers. The adhesive force between the second functional layer and the active material layer is greater than the adhesive forces between first functional layer and second layers. The first functional layer includes a first adhesive, a first conductive agent and a first filler, and/or the second functional layer includes a second adhesive, a second conductive agent and a second filler. USE - Electrochemical device e.g. lithium secondary battery such as lithium metal secondary battery, lithium ion secondary battery, lithium polymer secondary battery or lithium ion polymer secondary battery, for use in electronic device (claimed) such as electric automobile and consumer electronics product. Uses include but are not limited to notebook computer, pen-input computer, mobile computer, e-book player, cellular phone, portable fax machines, portable copier, portable printer, portable cleaner, electronic notepad, motorcycle, assisted bicycle, lighting appliance, toy, game console, clock, electric tool, flashlight, camera, etc. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive bonding interface between the positive electrode current collector and the first functional layer and the weak adhesive interface between the first functional layer and the second functional layer are realized, such that the protection of the first functional layer to the positive electrode collector is strengthened. The interface is easy to peel off from the weakly bonded interface in the process of mechanical abuse, thus reducing damage to the first functional layer, and hence improving the safety performance of the electrochemical device.
