NOVELTY - A secondary battery comprises an exterior body comprising a film comprising a material selected from polyethylene, polypropylene, polycarbonate, ionomer and polyamide, a flexible metal thin film, and an insulating synthetic resin film; an electrolyte solution which fills the exterior body; and a positive electrode (100) comprising a current collector (101), an active material layer (102) over the current collector, where the active material layer comprises an active material, graphene, and a binder, where a surface of the active material is partially covered with a carbon layer, a proportion of the graphene in the active material layer is 0.1-1 wt.%. The graphene contains oxygen at a proportion of 2-20 at.%. USE - A secondary battery used for electric vehicle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The positive electrode for a secondary battery enables both good battery characteristics and electrode strength at a predetermined level. The use of graphene oxide as a raw material of a conductive additive increases the conductivity of an electrode.
