NOVELTY - A graphene scale antibacterial composite fiber filter core comprises outer fibrous layer and inner scale inhibitor core. The outer fibrous layer is made of graphene composite fibers wound on the outer skeleton. The inner scale inhibitor core is made of scale-proof material loaded into the inner core and then inserted into the outer skeleton wound by the outer fibrous layer. USE - Graphene scale antibacterial composite fiber filter core. ADVANTAGE - The filter core has honeycomb structure with external sparseness and internal density, absorbs sediment and colloid impurities in the water, inhibits growth of bacteria, prevents formation of scale, filters water source, and achieves extended service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the fiber filter core comprising grinding blank masterbatch of polymer material for preparing polymer fiber into powder, mixing with graphene powder, adding additives, stirring, mixing, melt-extruding, and granulating to obtain composite fiber masterbatch; filling into spinning machine, mixing with binder and molding agent, heating to a molten state, melt-blowing, tractioning, and drawing to form composite fiber filaments; loading into a winding machine and winding to form a wire wound filter core; putting scale inhibitor into plastic inner core and inserting into wire-wound filter core; and assembling in sealed bag and packing.
