▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene oxide-ferric oxide nanoparticle composite material involves (a) dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain first dispersion; (b) dispersing ferric oxide nanoparticles in water to obtain a second dispersion; and (c) mixing first dispersion with second dispersion, adding dehydrating agent, and carrying out dehydration condensation reaction to obtain a graphene oxide-ferric oxide nanoparticle composite material, where mass ratio of graphene oxide and iron ferric oxide nanoparticles is 0.5:1-1:20. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide-ferric oxide nanoparticle for simultaneously detecting lipid components and polypeptide components in a sample, and used in mass spectrometry (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: a method for simultaneously detecting lipid components and polypeptide components in a sample by adding a solid phase extraction material to the sample to enrich the lipid components and polypeptide components in the sample; eluting the lipid component and the polypeptide component from the solid phase extraction material by using an elution solvent; and using matrix-assisted laser desorption ionization mass spectrometry to detect the eluted lipid components and polypeptide components, where solid phase extraction material is obtained by preparing graphene oxide-ferric oxide nanoparticle composite material; and a kit for simultaneously detecting lipid components and polypeptide components in a sample comprises solid phase extraction material, which is graphene oxide-ferric oxide nanoparticle composite material and eluting solvent.
