NOVELTY - Method for dispersing multi-walled carbon nanotube, involves heat treating industrial waste carbon materials at 800-2300 degrees C, using electrochemical electrolysis of industrial carbon waste to obtain graphene carbon point dispersion with oxygen content of 10-40%, dispersing the multi-walled carbon nanotubes using graphene carbon point dispersion at 200-400 W, stirring at 50-100 rpm to obtain the product, where the concentration of multi-walled carbon nanotubes is 0.4-0.8 mg/ml. USE - Method for dispersing multi-walled carbon nanotube. ADVANTAGE - The method can produce large quantities along with the production of industrial products, is economical, reduces the cost of preparing graphene carbon dots and can solve the problem of compatibility between dispersant and dispersion.
