NOVELTY - -Graphene-CTP composite pre-dispersed masterbatch comprises 30-47 wt.% graphene, 25-42 wt.% N-cyclohexylthiophthalimide, 4-10 wt.% coupling agent, 1-5 wt.% plasticizer, 1-3 wt.% saturated fatty acid zinc, 8-16 wt.% rubber matrix, 6-14 wt.% industrial white oil, where rubber matrix comprises main rubber and processing auxiliary agent in weight ratio of (6-10):(1-5), where main rubber is selected from isoprene rubber, ethylene-propylene-diene rubber and styrene butadiene rubber A, processing auxiliary agents are EVA resin and rubber oil. USE - Graphene-CTP composite pre-dispersed masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-CTP composite pre-dispersed masterbatch has promotes vulcanized rubber, improves mechanical property and aging resistance of the rubber, and has improve the product yield and production efficiency of the vulcanized rubber extruded article. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-CTP composite pre-dispersed masterbatch , which involves: (A) weighing the raw materials required for preparing masterbatch; (B) dividing processing auxiliary agent into three parts, adding main rubber into the mixer, mixing for 1-3 minutes, adding 1/3 of processing auxiliary agent, mixing for 2-5 minutes, adding 1/3 to the mixer processing auxiliary agent, mixing at 80 degrees C within the mixer, adding remaining 1/3 of processing aids, mixing to mixer, raising temperature to 85 degrees C to obtain a rubber matrix rubber compound, passing rubber matrix rubber compound in open mill thinning for three times under film; (C) dividing graphene and the rubber matrix rubber into three portions, heating internal mixer at 80 degrees C, adding 1/3 of the rubber matrix rubber and 1/3 of graphene, stirring at speed of 120-160 revolutions/minute for 1-3 minutes, adding 1/3 of graphene and coupling agent, stirring at speed of 120-160 revolutions/ minute for 1-3 minute, placing 1/3 rubber matrix material, 1/3 of graphene and saturated fatty acid zinc, stirring at rate of 150-180 revolutions/minute for 2-3 minutes, placing 1/3 rubber matrix rubber, N-cyclohexylthiophthalimide, plasticizer and industrial white oil, stirring for 2-6 minutes at stirring speed of 120-150 revolutions/ minute, so that the raw materials are uniformly mixed, heating mixture at 80 degrees C, discharging, to obtain plastic material; and (D) subjecting control host at rotational speed of 100 revolutions/minute, feeding rubber material to the extruder, filtering through 30 mesh filter, extruding and pelletizing to finally obtain final product.
