▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphite-enhanced composite copper-based contact material comprises 0.01-10 %mass oxide powder, 0.01-2 %mass carbide powder, and copper powder or graphene-coated copper alloy powder. The graphene-coated copper alloy powder comprises tin oxide, copper oxide, zinc oxide, iron oxide, and tungsten carbide. The thickness of the graphene coating on copper alloy powder is 10 nm or less. USE - Graphite-enhanced composite copper-based contact material is used in manufacture of switches, low-voltage circuit breakers, contactors and relays. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent electrical arc erosion resistance, welding resistance, and stable and low contact resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphite-enhanced composite copper-based contact material.
