NOVELTY - Controllable crystal titanium dioxide and graphene composite material with high-efficiency photoelectric activity, is claimed. The composite material is prepared by directly stirring and mixing the titanium dioxide powder and graphene, or dispersing the titanium dioxide powder in oxidized graphene dispersing agent and performing a hydrothermal reaction. The mass ratio of the titanium dioxide powder to graphene is 1:1-500:1 and the mass ratio of the titanium dioxide powder to oxidized graphene is 1:1-500:1. USE - The composite material is useful for dye sensitization solar cell, catalyst, lithium ion cell and sensors. ADVANTAGE - The preparation method of the composite material is simple, economical and environmentally friendly. The titanium dioxide crystal can be controlled according to alcohol-water ratio or different amounts of the titanium source, and its high performance is also maintained while the amount is increased.
