▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An electronic device comprises a semiconducting layer (70), where the semiconducting layer contains at least a first layer and a second layer. The first layer comprises an organic semiconductor, and the second layer comprises graphene. USE - As an electronic device, such as organic thin-film transistor, for forming a semiconducting layer on a substrate (claimed). The device is selected from photovoltaic cell, sensor, image scanner, memory device, radio frequency identification tag, light emitting diode, and electronic display device. ADVANTAGE - The semiconducting layer have increased mobility compared to a semiconducting layer lacking graphene. The combination of an organic semiconductor with graphene shows synergistic effects. The presence of graphene enhances mobility by correcting molecular packing defects in the organic semiconductor layers, and controls the conductivity of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a thin-film transistor comprising the semiconducting layer, where the semiconducting layer comprises an organic semiconductor and graphene; and (2) forming a semiconducting layer on a substrate, involving stratifying at least one organic semiconductor with at least one graphene.
