▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing carbon-silicon composite material comprises (i) dispersing silicon nano-material, graphene and its derivatives and dispersant in a solvent to obtain mixed solution, (ii) assembling the mixed solution of step (i) into a macroscopic film, and (iii) subjecting the macroscopic film of step (ii) into an annealing treatment in a non-oxidizing atmosphere to obtain final product. USE - The material is useful for lithium ion battery, lithium-sulfur battery, sodium ion battery, air battery and supercapacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has high discharge specific capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) carbon-silicon composite material is obtained by above method and in carbon-silicon composite material, silicon nano-material is 50-99 wt.% and carbon-silicon composite material is a double continuous structure; (2) lithium ion battery comprising cathode, where cathode of the lithium ion battery contains the carbon-silicon composite material and cathode of the lithium ion battery is the carbon black; and (3) electrochemical energy storage device and/or energy storage system comprising carbon-silicon composite material.
