▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A functionalized graphene comprises active molecule(s) and graphene. The active molecules are isolated from each other. Each active molecule is grafted on the graphene by carbon (C)-oxygen (O)-silicon (Si) covalent bond. At least one of the active molecule through the C-O-Si covalent bond is grafted onto the graphene. The main chain structure of the active molecule is two or more Si-O bonds in series, and then in series connected with the Si bond structure, or Si-O-Si structure. The active molecules have at least two reactive functional groups. USE - Functionalized graphene used for preparing polyorganosiloxane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The functionalized graphene can be uniformly dissolved in the silicone oil, and prepare polyorganosiloxane having good heat conducting performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of functionalized graphene comprising carrying out heat treatment of dispersed graphene solution and silane coupling agent to obtain the first solution, where the first solution dispersed with graphene whose surface is grafted with silane, and the silane coupling agent grafted on surface of graphene is chemically reacted with oxygen-containing functional groups of the graphene surface by a hydrolyzable group of the silane coupling agent to the first solution for heating processing to obtain the second solution; dispersing the second solution in the functionalized graphene, where active molecule in the functionalized graphene is at least two silane grafting polyvinylpyrrolidone on surface of graphene silane coupling agent grafted on the surface of the obtained polymerization reaction; and dry processing the second solution to obtain the functionalized graphene; and (2) a polyorganosiloxane comprising the functionalized graphene and siloxanes, where each siloxane comprises more than three of the Si-O bond which is in series, the siloxane comprises first siloxane(s) and second silicone(s), the first siloxane is combined by Si-O-Si bond with the main chain structure, the Si-O in the Si-O-Si bond from the first siloxane, Si from the main chain structure, each of the second silicone combined with the main chain structure through alkyl.
