NOVELTY - Preparing far-infrared facial mask base cloth comprises (1) adding 4-methyl-5-vinylthiazole, N-vinylcarbazole, acrylic-L-menthyl ester, N-trimethylol methacrylamide, 3-(2-propenylselenyl)-L-alanine, and initiator to high boiling point solvent, stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours at 65-75 degrees C in inert gas atmosphere, precipitating in water, washing the precipitated polymer with ethanol for 3-6 times, placing it in vacuum drying oven at 85-95 degrees C and drying to constant weight to obtain copolymer; (2) mixing copolymer obtained in step (1), hyperbranched epoxy resin, Guiyang stone powder, graphene, and coupling agent uniformly to form mixed material, adding the mixture to twin-screw extruder for blending, melting, extruding, and spinning to form functional fibers; and (3) mixing the functional fiber, lavender fiber, bamboo charcoal fiber, and aloe fiber, and making non-woven fabric through fiber opening, carding and spunlacing reinforcing, and drying to obtain far-infrared mask base cloth. USE - The facial mask base cloth is useful for promoting blood circulation, cell metabolism and tissue regeneration, and inhibiting melanin precipitation to achieve whitening effects. ADVANTAGE - The facial mask base cloth: has strong adsorption capacity and significant antibacterial effect; and can releases far-infrared rays.
