▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Production system comprises: furnace(s) (1) to form a graphene layer for the cables; glass pipe(s) (2); head(es) (3); cooler(es) (5) to cool the glass pipe and the head; vacuum chamber(s); a turbo molecular pump (TMP) to vacuum the vacuum chamber; a TMP driver to manage the function of the TMP; an inverted cylindrical magnetron to cover the conductors on the cables; a power source to provide the necessary electrical power to the inverted cylindrical magnetron; arm(es); a conductor puller; a valve; a mechanical vacuum pump; and a vacuum hose. USE - The system is useful for producing copper-graphene composite wire that can replace copper cables used in transmission lines, electrical machines, transformers and households. ADVANTAGE - The current carrying capacity of the copper-graphene composite structure is increased 4 times compared to the copper wire. The copper layer forming part is formed with intermediate materials that increase the current-carrying capacity of conductors. The coating processes are carried out without removing out the wire. Since it will be produced in a conductive vacuum environment, oxidation is prevented. Since the system is a production system that coats graphene on the conductor and then coats it with copper again and repeats this process at the desired layer value, the coating processes can be carried out in the desired number of layers without removing the wire, contrary to the prior art applications. The system can be used easily in places where more energy is needed. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The figure shows a general view of the production system.
