NOVELTY - Radiation-proof reinforced type composite cement mortar, comprises 100-150 pts. wt. cement, 100-700 pts. wt. river sand, 100-700 pts. wt. water, 30-50 pts. wt. graphene-reinforced fiber, 7-12 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 30-40 pts. wt. hollow glass bead/Fe3O4 composite material, 30-50 pts. wt. tourmaline powder, 20-40 pts. wt. graphite, 30-50 pts. wt. quartz sand, 20-30 pts. wt. kaolin, 5-15 pts. wt. styrene-butadiene rubber emulsion, 5-20 pts. wt. aluminum sulfate, and 1-5 pts. wt. carboxymethyl cellulose. USE - Used as radiation-proof reinforced type composite cement mortar (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing radiation-proof reinforced type composite cement mortar, comprising (i) cleaning the hollow glass bead, placing in 0.6 M sodium hydroxide solution for 50 minutes, to remove the surface of organic impurities, washing, and drying; (ii) taking 23 g dried hollow glass micro bead, taking 12 g NaOH, 25 ml iron pentacarbonyl, 400 ml ethanolamine, and 30 ml hydrazine hydrate, adding into stainless steel reaction kettle, heating at 170 degrees C 10-15 hours, naturally cooling to the room temperature, cleaning the black precipitate, drying to obtain the core-shell structure of hollow glass bead,/Fe3O4 composite material, (iii) in the oxidized graphene liquid crystal with the mass concentration of 0.3-3%, adding 7% iron nanowires, and 15% Fe3O4 nanoparticles, stirring at 100-1000 revolutions/minute to form an graphene oxide, (iv) taking the obtained graphene oxide/iron nanowire/Fe3O4 nanometer spinning liquid sol,, passing through a spinning tube having a diameter of 5-500 m at an extrusion speed of 1-100 ml/hour, and then solidified into a coagulation solution at 5-80 degrees C for 1-100 seconds, washing and drying to obtain oxidized graphene-reinforced fiber, (v) washing the graphene-reinforced fiber in the reducing agent for 0.1-100 hours, washing or subjecting to thermal reduction to obtain graphene-reinforced fiber; and (vi) taking each component, mixing cement, river sand, graphene-reinforced fiber, adding water, stirring uniformly, adding other components, adding water, and fully stirring.
