NOVELTY - A porous graphene-metal oxide composite material comprises vapour phase chemical deposition as a carrier, where nanometer pores of the porous graphene is filled with metal oxide particles having diameters of 0.5-100 nm. USE - Porous graphene-metal oxide composite material for lithium ion battery, capacitors, and heterogeneous catalysis. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing porous graphene-metal oxide composite material, which involves adding dilute hydrochloric acid compound to porous template agent graphene, where the porous graphene adsorb chloride salt solution, where the salt solution comprises deionized water, ethanol, or a mixture of deionized water and ethanol, removing chloride salt solution from porous graphene by water treatment to obtain the pores of the porous metal salt solution adsorbed graphene suspension.
