▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Slow-release growth factor hydrogel bracket of graphene oxide composite platelet-rich plasma comprises graphene oxide aqueous solution, platelet-rich plasma, and thrombin. USE - The slow-release growth factor hydrogel bracket of graphene oxide composite platelet-rich plasma is used for biological medical field of tendon bone tissue repair process. ADVANTAGE - The bracket solves the prior art problem of unstable structure, poor biomechanical property, low tissue adhesion ability, unstable growth factor release, short half life, incapability of acting on focus for a long time, and difficulty to continuously repair the tissue. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the slow-release growth factor hydrogel bracket of graphene oxide composite platelet-rich plasma comprising extraction of arterial blood of the animal and injecting anticoagulant into the arterial blood; centrifuging the arterial blood and separating the blood plasma; centrifuging the plasma and separating the platelet rich plasma; fully mixing the graphene oxide powder with PBS buffer solution, and preparing the graphene oxide aqueous solution with needed concentration; mixing the platelet-rich plasma and graphene oxide aqueous solution and putting in prefabricated model; and adding thrombin to form a slow-release growth factor hydrogel bracket of graphene oxide composite platelet-rich plasma.
