▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Encapsulating material sheet comprises carbon nanotubes or graphene, and ethylene-olefins based polymer, which is attached to one side of solar cells. USE - The encapsulating material sheet is useful for solar cells module (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The sheet has heat resistant properties (claimed), efficiently enhances the power generation, quickly dissipates the heat occurred inside the module when continuously used. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the solar cell module comprising a surface glass (a), an encapsulating sheet material, the solar cell (c), an encapsulating sheet material and back sheet (e) which are sequentially laminated, where the encapsulating material sheet is single layer or multilayer provided with a front encapsulating material sheet (b) which is transparent layer and laminated between the surface glass and the solar battery cell and a rear encapsulating material sheet placed between the solar cells and the back sheet.
