▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A titanium-aluminum alloy includes full-layer structure, and micro-nano particle reinforced phase which is self-generated between alpha2 and gamma-sheet layers, where oxygen is blocked to diffuse along alpha and beta interface, thereby improving the high temperature oxidation resistance of titanium-aluminum alloy. USE - Titanium-aluminum alloy for improving high temperature oxidation performance, used in aeroengine compressor blade and low-pressure turbine blade. ADVANTAGE - The micro-nano particle enhanced phase interlayer dispersion effectively inhibits the diffusion of oxygen in sheet layer, thereby improving oxidation resistance, and the oxidation weight gain at 850degreesC for 100 hours is about 80% of the common titanium-aluminum alloy. The method enables carrying out material microstructure design and control, introducing the second phase at the diffusion channel, blocking diffusion of oxygen, and improving titanium-aluminum alloy high temperature oxidation resistance.
