NOVELTY - Producing volumetric heating element, comprises heating acid-treated graphite obtained to 600-1000 degrees C; preparing graphene oxide having an electrical resistance of 10-3 to 1 Omega .cm by expanding the heated graphite more than 100 times in a vacuum chamber; mixing graphene oxide and liquid sodium silicate having a solid content of 40 wt.% to obtain a first sol mixture, mixing graphene oxide, inorganic solids and water to obtain a second sol mixture, mixing graphene oxide with citric acid, succinic acid, tartaric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid and/or sulfuric acid to obtain a third sol mixture; preparing a mixture in a kneaded state by mixing the first sol mixture to the third sol mixture; and producing a panel-shaped volumetric heating element from the mixture in the kneaded state. USE - The volumetric heating element is useful for houses, offices, other buildings, and greenhouse houses. ADVANTAGE - The volumetric heating element reduces global environmental pollution by maximizing energy use efficiency and replacing the heating culture with fossil fuels. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for volumetric heating element produced by above method, has a thickness of 10-100 mm, and a rigid panel form having an electrical resistance of 101 to 104 Omega .cm, which generates heat at more than 40-80 degrees C or less.
