NOVELTY - The circulator has waveguides connected to a resonant element. Multiple ports (201-203) are provided in the circulator for transmitting electromagnetic signal along graphene nanowire by applying external DC magnetic field, where center frequency is adjusted by applying different values of chemical potential in a graphene structure. USE - Graphene-based industrial controllable electromagnetic circulator. ADVANTAGE - The circulator can be designed with small size, and can reduce insertion loss corresponding to transmission data.
