▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of high density and micro structure oriented graphite based carbon powder comprises adding graphene oxide and other auxiliary material to aqueous solution, stirring to prepare 0.5-50 mg/ml homogeneous graphite oxide alkenyl solution; adding 0.1-6 M soluble metal salt at volume ratio of 1:100-1:2, and soaking for 0.1-24 hours to get powder precursor solution; centrifuging, soaking solid in deionized water, and washing with ethanol to get powder precursor; drying; carrying out anoxic atmosphere heat treatment to get graphene-based carbonaceous powder; and grinding. USE - Method for preparing high density and micro structure oriented graphite based carbon powder (claimed) used for electrochemical energy storage, environment and thermal management. ADVANTAGE - The method improves density to 2.1 g/cm3 and electrical conductivity to 11843 S/m, and realizes controllable particle size. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of high density and micro structure oriented graphite based carbon powder comprises adding graphene oxide and other auxiliary material to aqueous solution, stirring to prepare 0.5-50 mg/ml homogeneous graphite oxide alkenyl solution; adding 0.1-6 M soluble metal salt at volume ratio of 1:100-1:2, and soaking for 0.1-24 hours to get powder precursor solution; centrifuging, soaking solid in deionized water, and washing with ethanol to get powder precursor; drying; carrying out anoxic atmosphere heat treatment at 200-1200 degrees C for 1-12 hours to get graphene-based carbonaceous powder; and grinding. The auxiliary material is activated carbon, carbon nanotubes, carbon or carbon black 60.
