▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of mesoporous-graphene oxide/unsaturated polyester molding plastic involves adding crosslinking agent, initiator and accelerator to glass or enamel container, stirring, adding mesoporous-graphene oxide/unsaturated polyester resin, reinforcing agent and filler, mixing, extruding, granulating, cooling, screening, performing magnetic separation and packaging. The mesoporous-graphene oxide/unsaturated polyester resin is obtained by polymerizing e.g. 4,4'-diphenyl ether dicarboxylic acid and fumaric acid and processing with mesoporous-graphene oxide. USE - Preparation of mesoporous-graphene oxide/unsaturated polyester molding plastic used as insulating structural portion. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of mesoporous-graphene oxide/unsaturated polyester molding plastic having high crosslinking density, thermal strength, dimensional accuracy, wear resistance, heat resistance, insulating property and stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of mesoporous-graphene oxide/unsaturated polyester molding plastic involves adding 6-12 wt.% crosslinking agent, 2-6 wt.% initiator and 0.1-1 wt.% accelerator to glass or enamel container, stirring at 45-50 degrees C for 5 minutes, adding 30-45 wt.% mesoporous-graphene oxide/unsaturated polyester resin having acid value of 10 mg potassium hydroxide/g or less, softening temperature of 110 degrees C or more and curing temperature of 200 degrees C or more, 10-25 wt.% reinforcing agent and 25-52 wt.% filler, mixing, extruding at 100-120 degrees C, granulating at 90-100 degrees C, cooling, screening, performing magnetic separation and packaging. The mesoporous-graphene oxide/unsaturated polyester resin is obtained by polymerizing 4,4'-diphenyl ether dicarboxylic acid, fumaric acid, ethylene glycol, butanediol and bisphenol A diisocyanate and processing with mesoporous-graphene oxide. The usage amount of mesoporous-graphene oxide is 1-5 wt.%. The crosslinking agent is 1,3,5-tri-allyl-triazine-2,4,6-trione. The initiator is tert-butyl 2-ethylhexanoate. The accelerator is potassium niobium oxide. The reinforcing agent comprises microcrystalline cellulose and aramid fiber in mass ratio of 1:1. The filler is chosen from alumina, kaolin, calcium stearate and molybdenum disulfide.
