NOVELTY - The heater has a flange, a shell, a high temperature resistant insulating layer, a heating layer, an electrode layer and a high temperature resistant lead, where the heating layer is a graphene layer. The high temperature resistant insulating layer is tightly adhered together in order. The high temperature resistant insulating layer is adhered on an inner wall of the shell. An end of the shell is installed in an oil tank. Another end of the shell is fixed on a surface of the oil tank by the flange. A flange part of the shell is connected with a junction box. USE - Oil tank graphene heater for use in an oil field. ADVANTAGE - The heater is convenient to install and disassemble, and has low maintenance cost, and satisfies oil field oil tank heating and heat preservation requirements and reduces energy consumption rate.
