▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - The system has a chemical sensor element comprising discrete binding detectors comprising graphene varactors. A measurement circuitry comprises an electrical voltage generator to generate applied voltage at a set of voltage values to be applied to the graphene varactor, where the voltage values fall within a range from a lower bound to an upper bound. The measurement circuit comprises a capacitance sensor to measure capacitance of the discrete binding detector resulting from the applied voltage, where system for analyzing a fluid sample measures hysteresis effects related to capacitance versus voltage values obtained from the graphene vactor. The applied voltage comprises voltage values starting at one of the lower or upper bounds and moving to the other bound as part of a sweep across different voltage values falling within the range from the lower to the upper bound, and the system measures analyte presence in the fluid. USE - System for analyzing fluid sample such as tissue sample, bodily fluid, diagnostic scan and genetic sequencing for detection of different volatile organic compounds (VOCs). ADVANTAGE - The early and accurate detection of diseases can allow clinicians to provide appropriate therapeutic interventions and can lead to better treatment outcomes. The system for analyzing the fluid sample can be configured to measure hysteresis effects related to capacitance versus voltage values obtained from the one or more graphene varactors. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for evaluating fluid sample. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a perspective view of system for analyzing fluid sample. 200Sensor element 202Substrate 204Measurement zone 206Second measurement zone 210Component
