▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A durable underwater superoleophobic composite film is prepared by dissolving graphene oxide and polyvinylidene fluoride in N-methylpyrrolidone, mechanically stirring and standing in water bath to obtain casting solution, preparing hybrid film by scraping film of casting film, dissolving KH-570 in methanol solution, adding hybrid film, constant-temperature water bath magnetic stirring, washing hybrid film, drying, adding acrylic acid and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate into methanol solution, adding dried hybrid film, adding azobisisobutyronitrile, water bath reacting under inert gas protection, washing, and drying. USE - The method is used for preparing durable underwater superoleophobic composite film for separating oil-water mixed systems in acid, alkali or salt environments (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method simple and uses polyvinylidene fluoride as substrate material. The film is environment-friendly, contains large amount of covalent bond on surface, increases stability and durability, has low price, low energy consumption, good corrosion resistance, good cycle use performance and excellent filtering and separating oil emulsion properties in acid, alkali or salt environment, and does not decrease flux and separation rate after repeated use. It is low efficient and environment-friendly oil-water separating material.
