NOVELTY - An aqueous anticorrosive paint comprises 45-55 pts. wt. modified aqueous epoxy resin, 15-25 pts. wt. hybrid ceramic powder, 5-10 pts. wt. starch additives, 1-5 pts. wt. mica powder, 5-15 pts. wt. aqueous ethanol, and 1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent divinylbenzene. The modified aqueous epoxy resin is prepared by e.g. (i) charging 50-100 pts. wt. faujasite zeolite into the grinder for grinding through 20-100 mesh, adding to 100-200 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylacetamide solution, and adding 10-20 pts. wt. polyethylene pyrrolidone, oscillating and dispersing, and finally adding 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, and continuously stirring at 120-150 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain modified faujasite zeolite, and (ii) adding 60-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin to 150-250 pts. wt. acetone solution, and adding 2-6 pts. wt. N-phenyl-( alpha )-aniline and 1-5 pts. wt. propylene oxide crosslinking agent and 5-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, increasing the reaction temperature, and stirring to obtain epoxy resin matrix. USE - Aqueous anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The aqueous anticorrosive paint does not contain corrosive raw materials. The formed coating system is neutral system, and is stable, which can significantly improve the corrosion resistance of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aqueous anticorrosive paint comprises 45-55 pts. wt. modified aqueous epoxy resin, 15-25 pts. wt. hybrid ceramic powder, 5-10 pts. wt. starch additives, 1-5 pts. wt. mica powder, 5-15 pts. wt. aqueous ethanol, and 1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent divinylbenzene. The modified aqueous epoxy resin is prepared by (i) charging 50-100 pts. wt. faujasite zeolite into the grinder for grinding through 20-100 mesh, adding to 100-200 pts. wt. N,N-dimethylacetamide solution, and adding 10-20 pts. wt. polyethylene pyrrolidone, oscillating and dispersing under 100-500 W ultrasonic waves for 20-30 minutes, and finally adding 5-10 pts. wt. polyvinyl alcohol, and continuously stirring at 120-150 rpm for 20-30 minutes to obtain modified faujasite zeolite, (ii) adding 60-100 pts. wt. epoxy resin to 150-250 pts. wt. acetone solution, and adding 2-6 pts. wt. N-phenyl-( alpha )-aniline and 1-5 pts. wt. propylene oxide crosslinking agent and 5-15 pts. wt. modified graphene, increasing the reaction temperature to 80-90 degrees C, and stirring at a speed of 200 rpm for stirring time of 15-25 minutes, to obtain epoxy resin matrix, (iii) adding 40-50 pts. wt. epoxy resin matrix and 15-25 pts. wt. modified faujasite to 50-100 pts. wt. ethanol solution, and adding 2-10 pts. wt. active agent, stirring at a speed of 310-350 rpm for 35-45 minutes to obtain aqueous epoxy resin, and (iv) curing aqueous epoxy resin with the phenol sulfonic acid curing agent at weight ratio of 10:1. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the aqueous anticorrosive paint, which involves adding the modified water-based epoxy resin, hybrid ceramic powder, starch additives, mica powder, aqueous ethanol, and crosslinking agent divinylbenzene to the reactor for crosslinking reaction at reaction temperature of 85-105 degrees C, reaction speed of 100-700 rpm, and reaction time of 25-35 minutes, and leaving the reaction mixture still at 55-65 degrees C for 1-2 hours.
