▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Producing spherical aluminum nitride powder comprises (i) preparing a mixed solution by mixing amorphous aluminum nitride powder, flux, and graphene in a solvent, (ii) drying the solvent of the mixed solution to obtain a mixture, and (iii) heat-treating the mixture in a nitrogen atmosphere. In the process, mixing 60-90 pts. wt. flux based on 100 pts. wt. amorphous aluminum nitride powder. USE - The method is useful for producing spherical aluminum nitride powder. ADVANTAGE - The method: achieves separation distance between particles without an additional crushing process which prevents agglomeration of particles; and realizes high sphericity rate and a high filling rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for spherical aluminum nitride powder having number of single particles in 30x 30 mu m2 is greater than or equal to 15 and the sphericity of the single particles is greater than or equal to 0.80
