▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing kaolinite-titanium dioxide-graphene composite photocatalyst having nano supporting pores, comprises e.g. (i) mixing nitric acid with a mass concentration of 68% and deionized water to obtain dilute nitric acid solution, (ii) mixing isopropanol, titanate and diluted nitric acid solution prepared in step (i) and stirring for 1 hour until transparent to obtain solution, (iii) adding 1 g kaolinite into solution obtained in step (ii), then supplementing the diluted nitric acid solution prepared in step (i) until the total volume reaches 250 ml and stirring for 1 hour, (iv) heating the solution obtained in the step (3) after stirring to set temperature for 1 hour, then keeping the temperature and continuously stirring, (v) adding graphene solution into solution obtained in step (iv), then keeping the set temperature and continuously stirring, and (vi) centrifuging the reaction product in the step (v), washing and drying. USE - The kaolinite-titanium dioxide-graphene composite photocatalyst is useful for pollutant removal, water splitting hydrogen production, carbon dioxide production fuel, antibacterial and antivirus (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple process, high graphene utilization rate and low energy consumption; utilizes catalyst which has excellent photocatalytic effect; and is suitable for industrial production; produces composite photocatalyst which has a pore structure supported by titanium dioxide nanoparticles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing kaolinite-titanium dioxide-graphene composite photocatalyst having nano supporting pores, comprises (i) mixing nitric acid with a mass concentration of 68% and deionized water to obtain dilute nitric acid solution, (ii) mixing isopropanol, titanate and diluted nitric acid solution prepared in step (i) in a volume ratio of 15:1:30 ml and stirring for 1 hour until transparent to obtain solution, (iii) adding 1 g kaolinite into solution obtained in step (ii), then supplementing the diluted nitric acid solution prepared in step (i) until the total volume reaches 250 ml and stirring for 1 hour, (iv) heating the solution obtained in the step (3) after stirring to set temperature for 1 hour, then keeping the temperature and continuously stirring, (v) adding graphene solution into solution obtained in step (iv), then keeping the set temperature and continuously stirring, and (vi) centrifuging the reaction product in the step (v), washing with water and drying to obtain kaolinite-titanium dioxide-graphene composite photocatalyst. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for kaolinite-titanium dioxide-graphene composite photocatalyst having nano supporting pores obtained by above method. The kaolinite-titanium dioxide-graphene composite photocatalyst the reaction species in and out exchange is easy, and useful in pollutant removal, water splitting hydrogen production, carbon dioxide production fuel, antibacterial and antivirus.
