▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Material comprises cellulose material and clay combined with molten plastic material at normal operating range. USE - Material used for manufacturing wood substitute material (claimed). Can also be used in automotive portion and electric appliance housings. ADVANTAGE - The wood substitute material is lightweight, insulative, fire-retardant, and has higher strength, offset the carbon footprint of construction projects, and cost-effective, and has high impact, and high load capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: 1. a method for manufacturing material, which involves: (a) impregnating a predetermined amount of cellulose fiber with a predetermined amount of clay particulate; (b) adding a predetermined amount of plastic; (c) applying high heat to carbonize the combined material, manipulating the combined material while applying heat; and (d) forming the carbonized combined material by one of extrusion, casting, stamping, and as a three-dimensional (3D) printing filament; and 2. a manufacturing process for a wood substitute material, which involves: (a) combining, mixing a predetermined amount of cellulose fiber including sawdust, wood chips, wood flakes, wood strips, fiber, bamboo, hemp, burlap, tweed, organic waste, and animal waste with a predetermined amount of clay particulate with a predetermined amount of clay particulate; (b) adding a predetermined amount of plastic; (c) applying high heat to carbonize the combined cellulose fibers, clay, and plastic materials and manipulating the combined materials while applying heat; and (d) forming the carbonized combined materials by one of extrusion, casting, stamping, and as a 3D printing filament.
