▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A three-dimensional thermal conductivity photovoltaic module packaging film comprises a polymer main resin comprising 0.001-10 wt.% one-dimensional carbon nanotubes and/or two-dimensional graphene and 10 wt.% or less zero-dimensional thermally conductive particulate filler. USE - Three-dimensional thermal conductivity packaging film is used for photovoltaic module (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional thermal conductivity packaging film has thermal conductivity of 1-2 W/m.K, and effective transmission of solar energy components in the process of generating heat, and reduces components operating temperature and power generation cost, and increases component power generation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) photovoltaic module; and (2) preparation of three-dimensional thermal conductivity photovoltaic module packaging film.
