NOVELTY - An infrared transparent composite film comprises epoxy resin, toughener, filler, curing agent, and modified graphene/multi-walled carbon nanotube composite material obtained by mixing modified multi-walled carbon nanotube and modified graphene. The modified multi-walled carbon nanotube is obtained by modifying multi-walled carbon nanotube with silane coupling agent after acidification; and modified graphene is obtained by modifying graphene with silane coupling agent after acidification. USE - Infrared transparent composite film. ADVANTAGE - The product has good conductivity and infrared light penetrability, and improves the radiating property of semiconductor device and reduce the risk of defective products shipment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) packaging film comprising release layer, infrared penetrating composite film layer, antistatic UV adhesive layer and thermoplastic polyurethane layer; and (2) preparation of packaging film comprising (1) providing release layer, coating with infrared transparent composite film, forming wet film, curing, forming infrared penetrating composite film layer, providing antistatic UV adhesive layer and thermoplastic polyurethane layer, and laminating.
