▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Non-oxidative conversion of saturated C1+ hydrocarbons into unsaturated C2+ hydrocarbons and hydrogen in the presence of an unsupported carbon-based catalyst having a carbon content of at least 90 wt.% and a metal concentration of ≤ 0.3 wt.%, comprises (a) supplying the carbon-based catalyst to a reaction zone, (b) directly heating of the carbon-based catalyst contained in the reaction zone by means of induction heating thereby indirectly heating the reaction zone containing the carbon-based catalyst to a reaction temperature of at least 350° C, (c) supplying a reaction gas comprising saturated C1+ hydrocarbons to the heated reaction zone comprising the carbon-based catalyst, and (d) subjecting the reaction gas to a non-oxidative conversion in presence of the carbon-based catalyst in the heated reaction zone to convert at least a portion of the saturated C1+ hydrocarbons into unsaturated C2+ hydrocarbons and hydrogen. USE - The process is useful for non-oxidative conversion of saturated C1+ hydrocarbons into unsaturated C2+ hydrocarbons and hydrogen in the presence of an unsupported carbon-based catalyst having a carbon content of at least 90 wt.% and a metal concentration of ≤ 0.3 wt.%. ADVANTAGE - The process: has improved carbon efficiency and high energy efficiency, process intensification, energy efficiency, product selectively, reactor setup simplification, and safety; and allows to exploit carbonaceous species which are undesired by-products generated during the non-oxidative conversion processes of saturated hydrocarbons as a source of graphite.
