▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene oxide/carbon nanotube-modified glass fiber-reinforced epoxy composite material comprises epoxy resin base material and nano-inorganic filler uniformly dispersed in epoxy resin base material. USE - Graphene oxide/carbon nanotube-modified glass fiber-reinforced epoxy composite material. ADVANTAGE - The mechanical performance of epoxy resin base material is improved and the interfacial bonding strength between the substrate and glass fiber is improved. Thus, the interlaminar shear strength of the glass fiber composite material is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene oxide/carbon nanotube-modified glass fiber-reinforced epoxy composite material comprising dispersing graphene oxide in ethanol to obtain 0.01-20 g/L graphene oxide ethanol solution, ultrasonically processing at 300-1000 W for 0.5-5 hours, adding into 0.01-20 g/L carbon nanotube and 200 g/L epoxy resin, magnetically stirring, for 5-30 minutes, ultrasonically processing at 300-1000 W for 0.5-5 hours, baking at 50-80 degrees C for 10-48 hours, extracting with ethanol solvent by a vacuum pump until there is no more bubbles, adding the mixed solution into curing agent, magnetically stirring at room temperature for 10-20 minutes to obtain a mixture, vacuum pumping to remove air bubbles, coating the mixture on glass fiber cloth, laminating together by mold pressing, and curing to obtain the product.
