NOVELTY - Graphene-titanium dioxide/phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin anticorrosive coating material comprises 100 pts. wt. phenolic vinyl epoxy resin, 15-35 pts. wt. graphene-loaded titanium dioxide nanomaterial, 30-40 pts. wt. curing agent, 2.3-6.4 pts. wt. initiator, 5.6-7.4 pts.wt. defoamer, 2.3-6.4 pts. wt. flatting agent, 2-4 pts. wt. anti-settling agent, and 5-6 pts. wt. pigment. The curing agent is cumene hydroperoxide (CHP). The initiator is tert-butyl perbenzoate (TBPB). USE - Used as graphene-titanium dioxide/phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin anticorrosive coating material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene loaded titanium dioxide/phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin coating can improve the corrosion resistance and water resistance of the traditional resin, and has good dispersibility, improving the dispersibility effect of graphene, avoiding the influence of graphite alkene conglomerate on the coating isolation performance, to improve the insulating anti-corrosion performance of the coating.
