▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The antenna has a reflecting array provided with three-layers of graphene, a high frequency graphene unit, a low-frequency graphene unit, a silica quartz substrate and a frequency selective surface. The high-frequency graphene unit and the low-frequency graphene unit are alternately arranged in form of array. The high-frequency graphene unit and the low-frequency graphene unit are arranged on a surface of the quartz substrate. The quartz substrate is arranged on a lower surface of the frequency selective surface. The high-frequency graphene unit is provided with a cross vibrator. USE - Double- frequency circularly polarized reflect array antenna. ADVANTAGE - The antenna effectively improves performance reflecting array antenna and terahertz frequency range, and performs phase compensation, and realizes a frequency selective surface placed under a reflecting array surface, and effectively reduces different frequency band of a reflecting array.
