▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing flower-shaped tin oxide and graphene composite material, involves mixing tin chloride, sodium hydroxide and oxidized graphite alkene with water, adding sodium hydroxide, sodium oxide, potassium oxide and graphite and deionized water to the mixture, subjecting the product to hydrothermal reaction, centrifuging the product for 2-10 times, combining the centrifugal liquids, and drying the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing flower-shaped tin oxide and graphene composite material which is used in lithium ion battery, solar battery, capacitor and other new energy device, and as catalyst carrier. ADVANTAGE - The method is cost-effective, simple and convenient to perform, and does not use surfactant and pollute environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for preparing flower-shaped tin oxide and graphene composite material, involves (a) mixing and stirring tin chloride, sodium hydroxide and oxidized graphite alkene with water as solvent in the mass ratio of 1.2:1.6 g:0.001-0.4 g:30-45 ml in container, adding sodium hydroxide, sodium oxide, potassium oxide and graphite and deionized water to the mixture, and mixing and stirring for 2-60 minutes, (b) subjecting the product to hydrothermal reaction using polytetrafluoroethylene hydrothermal reaction kettle at 160-250 degrees C for 2-36 hours, centrifuging the product, separating solid from liquid, collecting centrifuging liquid and precipitate, adding deionized water to the product in a volume ratio of 40:200 ml and mixing uniformly, centrifuging the product, separating solid from liquid, collecting centrifuging liquid and precipitate, repeating the process for 2-10 times, and combining the centrifugal liquids, and (c) drying the product at 40-150 degrees C for 96 hours.
