NOVELTY - The sensor has an electrode positioned on a surface of a purple phosphorus alkene/graphene heterojunction unit, where thickness of the purple phosphorus alkene/graphene heterojunction unit is about 2-10 nm. The electrode is provided with a silver colloid wire. Length of the silver colloid wire is equal to length of side of graphene. Width of the silver silver wire is about 1-5 mm. USE - Purple phosphorus alkenyl humidity sensitive sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has short response time, high humidity sensitivity and obvious induction of humidity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing a purple phosphorus alkenyl humidity sensitive sensor.
