NOVELTY - Graphene-based additive comprises 1-30 pts. wt. complex graphene and chlorinated polyethylene having a particle diameter of 400-800 mu m, 0.5-5 pts. wt. titanium acid ester coupling agent, where the complex graphene is composed of graphene having a particle diameter of 5-20 mu m and a 5-100 nm thick titanium oxide particle. USE - The graphene-based additive is useful for (polyvinyl chloride) PVC floor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: disappeares electrostatic problem of PVC floor; improves thermal conductivity by more than 30%, strength and toughness; has antibacterial property; and widely commercialized for PVC floor material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing the graphene-based additive for PVC flooring comprising (i) taking graphene having a particle diameter of 5-20 mu m, 10-25% titanium oxide hydrosol the water according to the weight ratio of 25:1-50:5-50, mixing the three and stirring for at least 15 minutes to obtain graphene coated with titanium dioxide hydrosol, (ii) vacuum drying the graphene coated with the titanium oxide hydrosol at 100-150 degrees C for at least 30 minutes to obtain complex graphene, (iii) mixing complex graphene and chlorinated polyethylene having a particle diameter of 400-800 mu m, and titanate coupling agent according to the ratio of 100:1-30:0.5-5, placing the complex graphene in a scattering modification in the all-in-one machine, first stirring the chlorinated polyethylene for 10-30 minutes, and adding the titanate coupling agent, and stirring for 10-30 minutes.
