NOVELTY - Rubber composition comprises 50-100 pts. wt. silicone rubber, 20-60 pts. wt. fluorine rubber, 10-20 pts. wt. cellulose, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent, 3-15 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 10-20 pts. wt. reinforcing agent. USE - Rubber composition for automobile dust-proof casings (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The rubber composition has high-strength, and has greatly improved oil resistance and solvent resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing rubber composition, which involves: (A) treating silicone rubber and fluorine rubber to plasticity at low temperature in an open mill; (B) mixing silicon rubber, fluorine rubber, cellulose, graphene, anti-aging agent, reinforcing agent, vulcanizing agent, and silane coupling agent after plasticization, and mixing the obtained mixture twice; (C) stirring the mixture for 15 hours; and (D) subjecting the treated mixture to two-stage vulcanization treatment, where the first vulcanization is performed at a temperature of 1150 degrees C and curing time of 20 minutes, and the second vulcanization is performed at a temperature of 160 degrees C and curing time of 6 hour.
