NOVELTY - High-strength polyformaldehyde, is composed of polyformaldehyde and carbon nanoparticle-poly dopamine (PDA)-glass fiber. USE - High-strength polyformaldehyde used in electronics, electricity, automobiles, light industry, machinery, chemical industry and building material. ADVANTAGE - The high-enhanced polyformaldehyde enables to increase the surface roughness of glass fiber, form a strong mechanical/chemical meshing effect with the polyformaldehyde matrix, build a multi-level reinforcement structure of the polyformaldehyde matrix-fiber interface, significantly improves the interfacial strength of the material and the interfacial stress transfer ability, exerts the high-efficiency reinforcement effect of the hybrid filler on POM (polyformaldehyde, and significantly improves mechanical strength and modulus. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-strength polyformaldehyde, which involves: (1) preparing a carbon nano particle-PDA-glass fiber hybrid filler; (2) preparing a polyformaldehyde/carbon nano particle-PDA-glass fiber hybrid filler composite material.
