▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A two-component composition comprises (1) a component comprising a polymeric material comprising (a) a polymerized reaction product of a polymerizable composition comprising components comprising a uretdione-containing material comprising a reaction product of a diisocyanate reacted with itself, a hydroxyl-containing compound (c1) containing having more than one hydroxide group, and optionally hydroxyl-containing compound (c2) containing a single hydroxide group, in which the hydroxyl-containing compound (c2) is a primary alcohol or a secondary alcohol, and (b) 40 wt.% or more inorganic filler, based on the total weight of the polymeric material, and (2) a component comprising a polythiol having an average sulfhydryl group functionality of 2 or more, and (b) 40 wt.% or more inorganic filler, based on the total weight of the component (2). The polymerized reaction product has a uretdione functionality of 1.3 to 2.5 and a number average molecular weight (Mn) of 1100 g/mol or more. USE - Two-component composition used for adhering substrate(s) (claimed) for electronic application and coatings. Uses include but are not limited to electric vehicle (EV) battery assembly, power electronics, electronic packaging, LED, solar cells, and electric grid. ADVANTAGE - The two-component composition provides coating having flowability and reactivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) the polymerized product; (2) a battery module, which comprises several battery cells connected to a base plate by a layer of the polymerized product; and (3) method of adhering two substrates together, which involves (A) obtaining the two-component composition, (B) combining at least a portion of the component (1) with at least a portion of the component (2) to form a mixture (212) , (C) disposing at least a portion of the mixture on a major surface (s1) of a substrate (ss1) (210, 214), and (D) contacting the major surface (s1) (213, 211) of a substrate (ss2) with the mixture arranged on the substrate (ss2). DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the article including two substrates adhered together.
