▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The portable electronic device (600) has an upper layer that is provided with graphene for detecting electromagnetic signaling. A lower layer is positioned proximate to the upper layer. The lower layer is configured to undergo plasmonic resonance in response to receiving electromagnetic signalling to sensitize the graphene of the upper layer for detection of particular spectral characteristics of received electromagnetic signalling corresponding to the particular plasmonic resonance of the lower layer. USE - Portable electronic device such as PDA, mobile radio-telephone, and tablet computer. ADVANTAGE - The physical properties of the system can be interpreted easily. The overall sensitivity of the upper layer can be enhanced. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) computer program for detecting electromagnetic signaling; and (2) method for detecting electromagnetic signaling.
