NOVELTY - A light-emitting diode comprises a hole transport layer and a light-emitting layer laminated. The material of the hole transport layer (103) contains a hole transport material and a heat conductive material. The heat conductive material is a hollow nanomaterial. USE - Light-emitting diode e.g. inorganic light emitting diode, polymer light emitting diode, organic light emitting diode and quantum dot light emitting diode used for converting electric energy into light energy. ADVANTAGE - The light emitting diode has improved performance, stability, radiating effect, and excellent heat conducting thermal conductivity, and prevents the hole transport layer from damaged due to the heat generated by the light emitting area.
